- Custom orders take between 4-6 weeks. If you need your order a little
sooner, we can occasionally squeeze in a rush order.

Can you work with a stone or metal I already own?

Can I have a piece of jewelry specially designed?

- Yes! Start by booking a 10 minute design consultation with us! We’ll discuss your vision for your perfect piece: Size, style, colorway… the list goes on! Then, our founder Lo herself will craft your dream piece of jewelry.

Is There A Minimum Spend For Custom Orders?

- We ask for a deposit of 2000 SEK for a custom designed jewelry piece but beyond that, we will do our best to help you navigate your budget!

How do I know my ring size?

- If you’re unsure about your ring size, we’re here to help! We can send you a small "ring sizer" that makes it easy to measure your size at home. Our most common sizes are:

• Size 15: Usually fits smaller fingers, such as the pinky finger or the ring finger on a slim hand.
• Size 16: A very popular size for women, especially for the ring finger or middle finger.
• Size 17: Common for people with slightly wider fingers or for men with smaller fingers.
• Size 18: Often fits men’s ring fingers or women with larger fingers.

With a "ring sizer," you can easily find the size that feels comfortable and secure. Contact us, and we’ll gladly send one to you!

What if my jewelry doesn’t fit?

- If your jewelry doesn’t fit perfectly, don’t worry – we’re happy to help you find a solution!
You can exchange it for a piece in the right size, or in some cases, we can adjust it to make it fit perfectly.
